2 Services

2.1 We are processing all kind of orders from our customers and either delivering the orders ourselves or forwarding them to a delivery partner.

2.2 Our service is available for Vietnam only.

2.3 Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is only formed when we or our delivery partner delivers an order to you.

3 Ordering

3.1 You agree to be bound by these Website Terms and Conditions when you send us an Order.

3.2 You may place an Order through the website by sending the electronic Order Form on the website through upload or by email. You may also order by telephone, by sending us an email, a text file or an Pdf.

3.3 In completing the Order form, you agree to provide complete and accurate information as to your personal details to enable the processing and delivery of your Order. This information will also be used by the Delivery Agent to fulfill your Order. Vietnam Port & Ship Supply will not be liable to you for your loss or that of any third party for a delay or failure to process, fulfill or deliver Goods to you (or your nominated recipient) due to inaccurate or incomplete personal details provided in respect of an Order by you.

3.4 Vietnam Port & Ship Supply reserves the right to accept or reject your Order for any reason at any time.

3.5 When we accept an Order, it represents an agreement by Vietnam Port & Ship Supply to supply you the Goods in accordance with the Order and these Website Terms and Conditions.

3.6 In the event that we reject an Order, we will notify you of that rejection and the reason for rejection via email within five (5) Business Days after the placement of the Order. Vietnam Port & Ship Supply will not be liable to you for your loss or that of any third party for the rejection of an Order.

3.7 If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provide during the Order process after having made reasonable attempts to contact you, we will reject the Order and we will notify you of that rejection via the delivered phone number or email within five (5) Business Days after the placement of the Order.

3.8 We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend any Goods displayed on the Website from sale either temporarily or permanently at any time without notice to you.

3.9 Where your Order is affected by an error on the Website (for example, in relation to a description of Goods, an image, Price or otherwise), we will reject the part of the Order that is the subject of the error. Vietnam Port & Ship Supply will proceed to fulfill the remainder of your Order. If you are not satisfied with the partial fulfillment of your Order, you can return your Order to us in accordance.

4 Prices

4.1 Unless otherwise stated, all Prices quoted are in US Dollars.

4.2 All prices are inclusive VAT.

5 Billing and Payment

5.1 You will receive a Tax Invoice by email or in paper form issued by us or the delivery service.

5.2 You can pay by any payment methods stated in our online order form and the invoice.

5.3 All payments concerning your order are processed through the delivery service which is processing your order.

6 Availability

6.1 If for any reason we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. Please note that we will attempt to deliver a similar item unless you request us not to do so.

7 Delivery

7.1 Our delivery service covers only Ports of Vietnam. To check that the online service delivers to your port, please read our information or contact us.

7.2 Delivery will be made to the Port/address/ship specified by you on the completed order form. Delivery times will be agreed with you at the time of placing your order online and/or by telephone.

7.3 At your request, our driver may carry your order into the ship but only if the driver has your permission and our driver believes that it is safe and practical to do as you request. We always reserve the right to deliver only to the kay where your ship is situated, moored or anchored.

7.4 Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

8 Collect

8.1 If you choose to collect your order from a store, the time slot and store for collection will be agreed with you when you place your order or by telephone.

8.2 Please note that you will be unable to collect your order earlier than the agreed time slot. Should you arrive late, you may still be able to collect your order – please speak with the member of our staff at the dedicated collection point who will be able to assist you.

8.3 Please bring your order number we will not be able give you your order unless you produce an appropriate form of I.D.

8.4 Whilst we make every effort to have your order ready for collection at the agreed time, please note we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

9 Returns and Refunds

9.1 While we hope you’ll be happy with the items you ordered, we know you may sometimes need to return them. If you do, below is all the information you’ll need to know.

9.2 When your order is delivered you may return any item and receive a full refund if you changed your mind or consider that the product delivered is unacceptable.

10 Changed your mind?

10.1 That’s no problem. We’re happy to offer a full refund on most products, as long as it’s within the relevant cancellation period. See below for more information:

11 Is your item faulty or of poor quality?

11.1 We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, we’re here to help.

11.2 You can hand any faulty or poor quality goods back to the driver or delivery service or a member of staff at the time of delivery. You can also return them at a later date to the delivery Port after giving us the necessary information (date, time, location) to collect it from there. For perishable items we ask you do this no later than 7 days from delivery or collection.

12 Product Cancellation period

12.1 Perishable items (fresh food, drink, fresh flowers, etc.) can be returned at delivery or collection only.

12.2 Everything else can be returned within 28 days from delivery or collection.

12.3 All you need to do is hand over the item(s) you have changed your mind about to the delivery driver or a member of staff. If the item you want to return is not perishable, you can also return it to the delivery Port after giving us the necessary information (date, time, location) to collect it from there.

13 When you return goods

13.1 When you return the goods to us, please also let us have all the original packaging, tags, labels and any accessories. You will need to take reasonable care of item(s) whilst they are in your possession (reasonable care includes inspecting an item, but not opening and/or using it). If you damage items whilst they are in your possession, there may be a deduction from your refund.

14 Receiving your refund

14.1 If you’ve handed the item(s) back to the delivery driver or a member of staff, we’ll arrange your refund. If you return it to the delivery Port, you can choose either a refund or an exchange.

14.2 We’ll refund your money in the same way you paid for your product. Alternatively we give or send you a cheque or give you the equivalent value in cash.

14.3 If paid by credit or debit card: Your money will go back onto the same card. Allow about 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account.

15 Cancellation

15.1 You can cancel or change any of your current orders. Please call our Customer Services for this. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled by email.

16 Remark

16.1 If any of the above rules is held to be unlawful by any court of competent authority, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining rules which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
